We prep and pour over all uneven concrete and sub-flooring in commercial and industrial properties to allow for easy installation of any and all floor coverings. This includes in-floor heating, laminate flooring, wood flooring, carpet, tile, luxury vinyl tile, VCT tile and also “wear toppings” that can be plain, stained or polished.
REsidential In-Floor heat Encapsulation
Our in-floor heating process encapsulates the hydronic tubes or electric heat coils used to heat the floor. The fast drying compound provides a solid, smooth surface on which to install flooring options.
Concrete LEVELING & GypSUM REpair
